Hi, I’m Christina (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker—and not your average therapist. Known to many as “The Black Sheep Therapist,” I take a holistic approach that blends traditional psychotherapy with spiritual and intuitive practices to support deep, accelerated healing.
My approach creates a safe, inclusive space where you can process what feels heavy, reconnect with what’s been lost, and begin rebuilding a life rooted in authenticity, soul alignment, and inner truth.
As a self-identified Intuitive Witchy Wounded Healer, and proud member of the LGBTQ+ family, I offer a soft and sacred space where all identities are honored, and where your healing journey is deeply respected.
I show up as a whole person—human first—and draw from personal, professional, and spiritual wisdom to walk alongside you with grounded, heart, and soul-led support.
I strive to empower adult survivors of early life trauma, to unlock their inner knowing, strengths, and intuition, to rewrite and redefine their narrative, embrace their authentic self, and build a life guided by their values and purpose.
Trauma can be any life experience or witnessed event that has left you fearful, wounded, has changed your beliefs about yourself, how you view others, or how you see the world, and continues to show up in your life in impactful and hurtful ways.
You may feel stuck, misunderstood, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate space where you can process your experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with your inner strength and knowing.
Healing isn’t linear, polished, or perfect—it’s a sacred unfolding. It’s messy, beautiful, and brave. You’re allowed to start exactly where you are. Some sessions may bring laughter, others tears or quiet reflection—and sometimes, we simply sit with what is. Every emotion has a place in your healing, creating space to feel, process, and transform.
